Harold Pinter, whose plays I must confess I haven't seen, won the Nobel Prize for literature in 2005. Here's an excerpt from his acceptance speech. I never saw this nor read anything about it. I stumbled upon it by chance on Democracy Now. It's not what one thinks of when contemplating a Nobel Price acceptance speech, whether for literature or anything else. Have a look.
